Dragonseye Glassworks - Policy and Ordering Info

GENERAL INFORMATION

Dragonseye Glassworks is solely owned US business. All receipts, including credit card receipts and invoices will bear the name Jool Supplies.Com For orders received before 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Dragonseye Glassworks will try to process your order the same day.

Orders received after 12:00 noon will be processed the following business day. Dragonseye Glassworks makes every effort to ship within 24 hours, but orders may take as much as 72 hours depending on our work load.

I am available to answer questions via phone from 8a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday -Friday (central time) at 765-210-5383. Other hours by appointment. I do have an answering machine. If for some reason I am unavailable, leave a message and I will call you back.

Dragonseye Glassworks accepts credit cards through Paypal . We also accept money orders.

Sorry NO COD's or checks. Payment via Money Order for your order is due within 7 days or your order is considered void. (Unless you have made prior arrangements with me).

If you are not a member of PayPal.com, go check them out. It is a Great, SAFE way to pay online. We highly recommend them!

You set up an account once and then you can pay anyone you need to online through their secure server.

It's easy, its fast, and free to buyers. Seller pay a small fee for each transaction. Check it out! You love it! If you wish to pay via Paypal, please wait for a personal confirmation from me. I need to check and make sure we have everything you want first.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
The cart will not show shipping rate. Shipping is FREE with all US orders. Ask us for a quote for international orders.

SALES TAX
Indiana residents, please add applicable sales tax to your order after adding all applicable shipping charges.

DAMAGED or OPEN PACKAGES

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Every package is insured. Please do not throw away your packaging. If we need to file a claim we will need the original package for inspection by the post office.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment if your order arrives incomplete. Dragonseye Glassworks makes every effort to ship complete orders; however, if you should receive an incomplete order: 1. Contact us. 2. Have the invoice number, item number and description of the missing item(s) ready before you call. I will check shipping records and attempt to resolve the discrepancy as quickly as possi ble.

RETURNS

Prior to returnin g any merchandise you must contact me to obtain authorization. Merchandise must be returned to us within ten (10) days of receipt, in resalable condition, insured for full value, and shipped pre-paid along with a copy of your sales invoice. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted. Special orders are not returnable. Before returning any items, contact us at (765) 210-5383. Upon receipt of the undamaged, unaltered merchandise, we will issue a credit, exchange or a refund for the value of the merchandise (less a 20% restocking fee); shipping charges are non-refundable and do not count towards credit. Joolz reserves the right to determine whether any goods have been altered or damaged. Credit will be issued only upon our examination of the returned items. We cannot be responsible for packages you ship to us that are not insured!

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Orders must be prepaid. No exceptions. I check everything over before it is shipped for qualit y. If your item arrives damaged see above for Damaged items.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Dragonseye Glassworks makes every effort to keep the items in our online catalog in stock. However, due to unforeseen events, certain items may occasionally be out-of-stock. If any item on your order is unavailable, Dragonseye Glassworks will NOT place the item(s) on back order.

PRICING POLICY

Dragonseye Glassworks has made every attempt to accurately price the items in our online catalog. In the event of a typographical error, we will advise you of the correct information when you place your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
